Terms and Conditions

These general terms govern entry to Gate43 GmbH, attendance at Gate43 events, and any ticket or table purchase made through gate43.ch. They are governed by Swiss law.

Admission

Entry is subject to a minimum age of 18 and valid photo identification. Gate43 reserves the right of admission (Hausrecht) and may refuse entry or remove a guest from the premises without giving reasons, in particular for safety, capacity or house-rule reasons.

Tickets and table reservations

• Tickets are valid only for the event and date stated and grant a single entry.
• Resale above face value and unauthorised commercial resale are not permitted.
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets cannot generally be replaced.
• Where tickets are sold through an external ticketing platform, that platform's own terms apply in addition to these.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Programme changes

Line-ups, running order and timings are announced in good faith but may change. Gate43 reserves the right to adapt the programme where necessary.

Liability

Gate43 accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of Gate43.

Photography and video

Photos and video may be taken at Gate43 events for promotional use on our website and social media. By attending, guests acknowledge they may appear in this material. Guests who do not wish to appear can let our staff know on the night.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law.
