What we collect
- Contact form submissions - name, email, phone, company and the message you send us, used only to reply to your enquiry.
- Event and ticket enquiries - where a booking or ticket request is handled through a third-party ticketing platform, that platform processes the related payment and booking data under its own privacy policy.
- Technical data - standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, date/time), collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure for security and reliability.
- Cookies - only those strictly necessary to operate the site are used by default. If analytics, marketing or social-media cookies are added in future, this policy will be updated accordingly and consent will be requested where required.
Why we process your data
To respond to enquiries and bookings, to operate and secure the website, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Sharing with third parties
Data is shared only with service providers who help us run the site and our events (for example, our hosting provider or, where used, an external ticketing platform), and only to the extent needed for that purpose.
Data retention
Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, and is deleted or anonymised afterwards.
Your rights
Under the FADP you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, and request that it be provided to you in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact info@gate43.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
