Personal Data We May Process

• Ticket and event data: event, ticket category, order/ticket reference, QR-ticket information, booking status, attendance and check-in information.
• Table reservation data: event, table, reservation status, guest/organiser information, deposit/payment status and related booking information.
• Payment and transaction data: amount, transaction status and information needed to process/document a transaction. Full card details are generally processed by the payment provider rather than directly by Gate43.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, access times, pages viewed, server logs, cookies and security information.
• Communications: emails, enquiries and other communications with Gate43.

Purposes

Ticket sales and registrations; table reservations and guest services; payment processing and documentation; ticket/QR creation and validation; check-in and access management; customer communication; operation, security and improvement of systems; fraud prevention; legal, accounting and tax obligations; and legal claims where required.

Service Providers and Recipients

Gate43 uses external providers where required, including Odoo for website, ticketing, table reservations, CRM and operational administration, and Stripe for payment processing. Hosting, email, communications, IT, accounting, legal and other professional providers may also be used where necessary. Data is disclosed only to the extent required for the relevant purpose or by law.

Processing Outside Switzerland

Depending on the service and technical configuration, personal data may be processed or stored outside Switzerland. Where required, Gate43 applies appropriate safeguards under Swiss data protection law.
